Lucas Nogueira is a racing driver and motorsport engineer, recognized as a multiple national karting champion in Brazil, competing for factory teams at the highest level of the sport. Known for his consistency, technical precision, and racecraft, he has built a strong reputation both as a driver and as a performance reference in competitive karting. Alongside his racing career, Lucas works as an engineer and performance coach with some of the largest racing teams across the Americas, supporting drivers who have gone on to win world championships. He specializes in advanced coaching methodologies, data analysis, and telemetry, combining engineering insight with on-track experience to deliver innovative, results-driven driver development.
Sergio Sette Camara
Sérgio Sette Câmara Filho is a professional racing driver who progressed through the highest levels of the international single-seater ladder. His most notable junior result came in the 2019 FIA Formula 2 Championship, where he finished 4th overall with DAMS, earning two wins, three pole positions, and eight podiums. He was part of the Red Bull Junior Team and later the McLaren Young Driver Programme, while also building a strong reputation on street circuits, highlighted by a Macau Grand Prix podium and record-setting performances. He later established himself in Formula E, competing full-time for multiple seasons with teams such as Dragon, NIO 333, and ERT, with a best result of 4th place at the Diriyah ePrix. Diego Ramos is a professional karting driver based in the United States, competing with PSL Karting and known for his impressive record of championships and strong performances in major North American kart series. Before racing in the U.S., he built a decorated career in Brazil, racing karts and cars for the Shell Academy. Off the track, Diego applies his racing experience to work with young drivers across America, developing tailored coaching programs focused on race craft, kart control, and performance progression. Through hands-on mentoring and trackside guidance, he helps the next generation of racers refine their skills and compete at increasingly higher levels in the sport.
